This is a challenging municipal course. Course conditions have really improved over the last two years. Greens are the best in the Omaha area. Roughs are a little rough, but fairways and greens are in really good shape. Lots of elevation changes make it challenging. Pace is excellent early in the morning, but can slow in the afternoon and on weekends. Excellent bargain price-wise.
